Hints on Navigating the Payment Page

Click on the bar below and you will arrive at the payment page. Then you must follow these steps:

1. enter a description of the service - for example, "LLC Formation" or "legal consultation;"
2. enter the fee amount;
3. click "Update Totals." You must do this or payment will fail.

If you are not using a Paypal account to make payment (ie., if you are using Visa or Mastercard), go to the bottom of the page where it says “Don’t have a Paypal account?” and click on “continue.” After payment, the system will email you a receipt. Thank you for going through this process!

Key Policies

Fees quoted on this site are for services provided online, supplemented by phone and fax. In-person meetings in our office are available if required by the client, but fees may increase an average of 10% - 15%.

     Our primary form of communication is by email, supplemented by phone and fax. You agree to check email at least once daily.

    Confidentiality is assured. However, no attorney-client relationship is created unless we expressly agree to provide services and your payment is received.

    All payments of fees and retainers, once made, are entirely non-refundable. Credits must be used within 6 months.

      Asset protection does not include fraud or tax evasion. If it is determined that the client is engaging in these activities, representation will be terminated without refund.

     For the remainder of our policies on fees, applicable to all clients, go to Fees.
