Consultations Online
We will promptly respond to your inquiry with preliminary comments and a confirmation that we will be able to assist you with asset protection. But please take advantage of the free information we provide – read our articles first! Why this method? Unparalleled efficiency, rapid response, and reasonable cost.
Following our preliminary comments, you may elect to have a paid consultation or proceed with forming an LLC or trust. Consults and entity formation are handled online, supplemented by phone as needed. Fees quoted are online fees. Office appointments incur substantial additional cost.
Please do not use our Client Inquiry Form merely to ask that we call you – that is not our process. Limited resources mean that we cannot offer such free telephone consults.
Note that the Client Inquiry Form is for those wishing to engage an attorney to provide legal services. We regret that we do not have the resources to provide free Q&A services to the non-client public.
The Asset Protection Review
Reviewing your circumstances and advising you on asset protection involves time, skill, and care. Our asset protection review (APR) is $250, and this is applied to the fee for formation of an LLC or trust formed within 30 days. There are no artificial time limits on the APR. We discuss your case thoroughly until legal advice and guidance are substantially complete. Reasonable follow-up questions within the immediate time frame are included at no extra charge.
Our Response
We make every effort to respond promptly (same day or next day) to all inquiries. When clients occasionally write back and say they have not heard from us, the reason – 99% of the time – is that our response went into their spam folder.
LLC formation documents are sent to the Secretary of State within 24 hours of request and payment. We always pay extra for expedited handling and faxed approval.
Payment
Payment can be made by all the usual means, including credit or debit – Go to the Make Payment tab. Payment is required before doing any substantial case analysis, downloading or review of documents, or detailed discussion. This includes case evaluations – i.e., responding to such inquiries as "I just have a question" or "Are my assets protected?" or "I´m being sued – what should I do?"
If you are ready to move forward with a consultation or document preparation, kindly do not ask that we first review your emails/attachments/downloads and state that you "are happy to pay required fees." We earnestly strive for transparency in specifying fees and costs on this site (go to the Fees & Policies tab). These should be clear . . . so please go ahead and make the appropriate payment and we will begin action on your file within one business day. Of course, if you are unclear as to fees or costs, do not hesitate to ask.
Confidentiality
This is a law firm and confidentiality is assured. However, an attorney-client relationship is created only after we agree to accept your case and payment is made. Until then, we have no obligation to take action in your case.
